Sovella Group to force a competitor to withdraw from Productronica

SOVELLA GROUP TO FORCE A COMPETITOR TO WITHDRAW FROM PRODUCTRONICA FOR UNFAIR COMPETITION

Sovella Group has obtained a German court order to withdraw Chinese furniture from Productronica, the world's leading trade fair for electronic production at Munchen, Germany. This decision is based on unfair competition and given on November 13th 2007 at noon.

As consequence, the company's German distributor is forced to withdraw from the Productronica 2007 exhibition the exposed products that infringe the rights of Sovella Group. The copied products comprise among others parts of Concept workstation which has been launched since decade as a pioneer of human centred design by Sovella Group (earlier known as GWS Systems).
